  • If your Okko product is faulty, please email a photograph and a description of the fault to office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address, within 14 days of purchase for replacement.
  • If your Okko product is damaged, please email a photograph and a description of the damage to office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address, within 14 days of purchase for replacement.
  • Okko will ship replacement lens filters for free.
  • Okko don’t offer refunds for faulty or damaged products.
  • You agree that you’ll make no claim against us or Okko for any faulty or damaged product sold to you as a direct or indirect result of events beyond our control.

Okko Pro Lifetime Guarantee

  • Okko offer a lifetime guarantee on Okko Pro lens filters. Okko don’t care how your filter gets broken. Break it and Okko replace it.
  • If your Okko Pro lens filter gets damaged, please email a photograph and a description of the damage to office@okkopro.com, along with your proof of purchase and your shipping address.
  • Okko ship replacement lens filters for free.
  • Okko reserve the right to replace filters subject to the number of claims you make per annum. Accidents happen, but don’t make a habit of it.
