Topic 90 Day Warranty

Topic offers a 90 day warranty with the purchase of any of our ex rental/second hand products.

As per all warranties, our warranty covers the following:

• The gear doesn’t work as described on arrival.
• Manufacturing faults

What isn’t covered?

• Accidental and/or purposeful damage.
• Anything that was mentioned in the listing.
  

Please inspect equipment when received and get in contact with us if you have any concerns as soon as possible. 

Topic has the choice to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money. If a product fault is minor and can be fixed, we will opt to fix it.

As with any ex rental/second hand gear, we do our best to take photos of and describe the item to the best of our ability. When entering into any agreements with Topic, such as payment plans, customers are agreeing that they accept the condition of the gear. It is unreasonable to expect ex rental/second hand products to be the same as new products. We price all our ex rental/second hand goods according to their condition.
